The work begins

We are delighted to share with you the news that, despite the rain as you will see in the photo, ground work has begun on the new Community Hub and the foundations are down! The project is estimated to be ready in the Winter of 2024.

Thanks to the team at Eycon Ltd, the contractor, the ground has been cleared and, despite the rain as you will see from the photo, the foundation are now in. We are off to a great start with our exciting new development.

This project has been made possible due to the collaboration and team work with Scottish Government, Inverclyde Council and HSCP, together with our colleagues at Community Links with whom we work very closely on funding bids.
