Welcome Louisa to the team

We are delighted to welcome Louisa Tracey to the Parklea family, as Chef/Trainer in our new community facility, ‘Branches Cafe’.

Louisa will be working with young people and adults to provide real training opportunities for those with additional support needs who are looking to gain valuable work experience and skills with a view to progressing into employment or further education.

She will oversee the kitchen while teaching our young people essential food preparation and handling skills. The aim of our new building and Cafe (details of opening to be announced) is to provide a friendly and welcoming space where people can thrive and grow while learning new skills,

Louisa said, “After over a decade of working in hospitality, I am delighted to have the opportunity to work at Parklea Branching Out. Over the coming months, I will work closely with our trainees and hopefully impart some of my knowledge and skills, as well as helping to instill confidence in them moving forward. I am excited to be here to launch this new venture and see what the future holds.
